Sin is going my own way¹. Sin is falling short of God's standard². Sin is not believing in Jesus³. We are born with a sinful nature⁴. We all have sinned⁵. Sin separates us from God⁶. Sin makes us its slaves⁷. Sin brings death⁸. Sin brings judgment⁹. Sin can be forgiven (please see under Jesus also)¹⁰.
